Triangle United Re-joins DPL
The DPL is the 2nd highest level of soccer Triangle United offers for our 13U-19U girls. The DPL Players train 3x a week for this program.
The club was a part of the Development Player League (DPL) from fall 2021-spring 2024. The club will re-join for fall 2025 with our 2nd teams in our 13U-19U age groups.
For the 2025-2026 season, the Carolinas Division is comprised of the following clubs:

- Charlotte Dev. Academy (NC)
- Charlotte Independence (NC)
- Fox Soccer Academy (NC)

What Teams do we Play?List Item 1
For the 2025-2026 season, we will play within the Carolinas Conference: Carolina Velocity (NC), Charleston SC (SC), Charlotte DA (NC), Charlotte Independence (NC), Fox Soccer Academy (NC), James Island Soccer (SC), Triangle United (NC), and Wake FC (NC).

How Many Times/Week do you Train?List Item 2
During the DPL season, the teams train 3x a week.

What Events do DPL Teams Enter?List Item 3
All of our DPL teams will play in a DPL Showcase event (January for 15U-19U and March for 13U-14U). Our 15-19 teams can also qualify for "The Summit", which takes place in March in Floriday. Those teams that qualify for the playoffs will participate in that during the end of June. Teams also travel to highly competitive tournaments such as WAGS, Jefferson Cup, and the Blue-Chip Showcase.

Do College Coaches Watch DPL Games?List Item 1
Yes, there are college coaches present not only at regular season games, but also during the DPL events.

Is there GK Training for DPL?List Item 2
Yes, the club offers GK training for our DPL GK's. For 2025-2026, our goal will be 1-2x/week GK training for our DPL GKs. There will be technical training and training in the team environment.

When is the Season for DPL?List Item 3
The season for DPL is from late August - May. The 15-19 girls play mainly from August - January while the 13-14 Girls will play games from August - April.
