North Durham Soccer Programming
Options for North Durham Soccer Players

 NORTH DURHAM SOCCER PROGRAMS
“creating a new path for player development”


Triangle United and Hillandale Sports Association have combined resources to create more opportunities for all players in this area. There will be two choices for your child, competitive and recreational, depending on their age. See below for more detailed program descriptions.

Advanced Development Program (ADP) – offered through Triangle United Soccer Association (TUSA)

Boys and Girls, currently 5-11 years old

For players that have demonstrated the ability and desire to compete at a higher level of soccer. Teams will train 2x per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) and games on Saturdays in a local league involving limited travel.

  • 3 Age Groups (u8, u10 and u12) – if there is enough interest we will form u6 Teams within the u8 Program

  • Boys and Girls Teams offered within each Age Group

  • 2 Seasons: Fall (August to mid-November) and Spring (mid-March to late May)

  • Training Times: (5:30pm to 6:45pm) – u8, u10 Teams; (6:45pm to 8:00pm) – u12 Teams

  • Training Locations: Holt Soccer Facility (M/W or T/R); Northern High School (T/R)

Once registrations are completed, teams will be formed through an evaluation process in August to ensure balance and equity which ensure the best developmental program possible. Each ADP team will have a dedicated coach (as selected by TUSA) who will work with the programs technical director to provide advanced training opportunities and environments.

Benefits: In addition to providing a premier teaching environment, players will also receive at no additional cost:

  • 2 Day Pre-Season Technical/Training Camp - 

  • Participation in Fall and Spring Festival Events

  • Optional Fall and Spring Tournaments (at minimal costs)

  • Optional in-season Friday technical training sessions

  • UNC and Duke Special Events

  • 1 Game Uniform (shirts, shorts, socks)

  • 1 Training Shirt

  • $25 credit towards registration for 2013 Winter Futsal Program

  • (1) $90 credit towards a Triangle United Camp (expires 5/1/14)

Program Fees:
$130 Fall Registration Fee ; $100 Spring Continuation Fee
** if player joins for Spring 2014 only they will pay $130.00

Recreational Soccer Teams – offered through Hillandale Sports Association (HSA)

Boys and Girls, currently ages 3-18 years old (born between 8/1/1995 – 7/31/2010)


For players seeking an introductory level of soccer and basic skills introduction. Teams will train 1x per week with games on Saturdays involving no travel.

  • 8 Age Groups (u4, u5, u6, u8, u10, u12, u14 and u18)

  • Co-Ed Leagues (u4 through u14); All-Girls Leagues (u8 through u18)

  • 2 Seasons: Fall (August to mid-November) and Spring (mid-March to late May)

  • Training Times: 5:30pm, 6:15pm or 6:45pm (depending on age group and training location)

  • Training Locations: Holt Soccer Facility or Eno Valley Elementary School (depending on age group)

  • Micro Soccer for u3, u4 and u5 – 1 day per week; Saturday Morning Practices and Games (9:30am to 10:30am @ Holt)

Once registrations are completed, teams will be formed based on registration information received from each participant. Each Recreational team will have a volunteer coach.

Program Fees:
$75 Seasonal Registration Fee
